New developer site offers open and direct access to our "Musical Brain"

By opening up the Musical Brain at the developer nest, we're putting over 12 years of research and development at MIT, Columbia and UC Berkley in the hands of any music website. We're doing it to level the playing field — to give anyone with a great idea the tools to change how we all experience music. With over 30 easy-to-use tools available, developers are only limited by their creativity and imagination.

Current online music intelligence solutions offer only a portion of the tools necessary to fully understand music across the web, and the developer nest powered by the Musical Brain trumps them all.

Before, you would need years of research, plenty of funds and an army of interns to sort through the plethora of music content (text, video & audio) online. Now, with a few lines of code, all of this data can be sorted and understood within seconds. From the extraction of tempo and beats from an MP3, to up-to-the minute news feeds about favorite artists, to customized radio stations, it's all available here.
